- 500g potatoes
- 2 yolks
- 50g butter + 50g butter for the pancakes cooking
- A little bit of flour
- Salt, pepper
- Green salad and vinaigrette
- 10 cl cider
- 10 cl cider vinegar
- 15 g sugar

Preparation of the reduced cider vinegar
Pour the cider vinegar, the cider and the sugar in a small pan. Gently cook in order to reduce the preparation and get a syrup liquid. To let it cool down.
